Whistle‑Blower & Grievance Redressal Policy
1. Purpose
Ballia Corpus encourages a culture of openness, integrity and accountability. This policy provides a mechanism for employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders to report suspected unethical or unlawful conduct, including human rights violations, corruption, fraud, environmental breaches or safety issues.
2. Reporting Channels
Email: Concerns may be reported confidentially by emailing care@Lyonsbarry.com with the subject line “Whistle‑Blower Report.”
Written Communication: Written reports marked “Confidential” may be addressed to our corporate office at the address listed in this document.
Anonymous Submissions: You may submit reports anonymously. However, providing contact information may help us investigate more effectively.
3. Protection Against Retaliation
Ballia Corpus prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Disciplinary action will be taken against employees who engage in retaliation. Retaliation includes dismissal, demotion, harassment or any adverse action because a report was made.
4. Investigation Process
All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly by an impartial team. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and findings are shared with relevant leadership. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, corrective measures will be implemented, which may include policy changes, disciplinary actions or notifying authorities.
5. Grievance Redressal
In addition to reporting wrongdoing, stakeholders may raise concerns about working conditions, pay, product quality, delays or other grievances related to Ballia Corpus’s operations. We aim to address grievances promptly and fairly. Complainants will be kept informed of the outcome where appropriate.
