Types of Topical Products We Manufacture
Creams
Oil-in-Water (O/W) Creams
These lightweight, non-greasy creams are easily absorbed and simple to wash off, making them ideal for moisturizers and daily skincare applications.
Water-in-Oil (W/O) Creams
With a richer and more occlusive texture, these formulations provide longer-lasting hydration and protection, commonly used in barrier creams and intensive treatments.
Product Applications
Our cream technologies are adaptable for moisturizers, anti-aging solutions, targeted pain-relief formulations, and specialized support creams, ensuring versatility across skincare and therapeutic segments.
Ointments
Composition & Properties
Ointments are semi-solid preparations with a high oil base (typically above 80%). Their occlusive nature helps lock in moisture by reducing water loss from the skin.
Functional Benefits
They are well-suited for protective skin barriers, medicated salves, and wound-care applications such as zinc oxide formulations. Their structure also supports deep tissue penetration, making them effective carriers for active ingredients.

Gels
Composition & Properties
Gels are semi-solid systems where liquids are stabilized within a polymeric network. They are typically clear, lightweight, non-greasy, and provide a cooling effect on application.
Applications
Versatile by design, gels are used in pain-relief formulations (e.g., menthol or cannabidiol), acne-care solutions, hair styling products, and water-based serums, offering both cosmetic and therapeutic utility.

Lepams / Thailams
Traditional Formulations, Modern Standards
Lepams and Thailams are classical Ayurvedic preparations crafted with oil or ghee bases. At our facilities, these time-honored remedies are produced under strict quality control systems, ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance with global standards.
Applications
They are commonly developed into Ayurvedic pain-relief balms, herbal wound-care salves, and other traditional wellness solutions, combining authentic herbal knowledge with modern manufacturing practices.
