1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lyonsbarry.com quotation portal (the “Portal”). The Portal is owned and operated by Ballia Corpus, a business entity registered in India and doing business under the brand name LyonsBarry®. By using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Portal.
2. Business‑to‑Business Focus
The Portal is intended for use exclusively by businesses, distributors and professional clients seeking quotations for contract manufacturing, private‑label or third‑party manufacturing services in sectors such as nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, organic cosmetics and personal‑care products. It does not offer direct consumer sales. All product information provided on the Portal is for preliminary discussion purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Permitted Use
Quotation Requests: You may use the Portal to submit inquiries or quotation requests relating to product formulations, packaging options, batch sizes, dosage formats and related specifications. You may also download or print content for your internal business purposes.
Legal Compliance: You agree to use the Portal in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. You will not submit information that violates trade‑control laws, contains restricted or prohibited materials, or infringes any third‑party rights.
Accurate Information: You warrant that all information you provide, including your company details, contact information and product specifications, is accurate and complete. Misrepresentation or incomplete information may result in delays or refusal of service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use the Portal for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal, its servers or associated systems.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code.
Use automated tools (robots, spiders or scrapers) to harvest or manipulate data without prior written consent.

Consent to Process: You agree that Ballia Corpus may process the information provided for the purpose of evaluating your request, preparing proposals or quotes, conducting due diligence, communicating with you and complying with legal obligations.
Non‑Confidentiality: Unless a separate confidentiality or non‑disclosure agreement has been executed, any information you submit through general inquiry forms is not considered confidential. Do not include proprietary formulas or sensitive personal data in general inquiries. Proprietary information may be protected through a separate written agreement.
Use of Contact Details: Ballia Corpus may use your contact information to communicate with you about your request, provide business updates and send marketing communications consistent with our Anti‑Spam & Communication Consent Policy. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Portal—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, compilations and software—is owned by Ballia Corpus or its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
Ballia Corpus grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Portal solely for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Any disputes arising from or related to the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnal, Haryana, India, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ballia Corpus may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
