Powder Blends

Granules

Sourcing of Raw Material

In-Process Control

Packaging & Labeling
- Automated auger filler machines precisely dispense the powder by weight into pouches or jars
- For extremely oxygen-sensitive products, nitrogen gas flushing is used in pouches to displace oxygen and extend shelf life.
- Pouches are heat-sealed. Jars receive induction sealing and capping, Labels are applied accurately.
