Types of Skin Cleansers
Facial Cleansers
Foaming Cleansers
Rich-lather formulas that remove oil, dirt, and makeup, making them ideal for normal, oily, and acne-prone skin. Often infused with herbal or soothing agents for a deep yet refreshing cleanse.
Cream & Milk Cleansers
Gentle, non-foaming emulsions that cleanse while preserving skin’s natural moisture balance. Perfect for dry, sensitive, or mature skin, leaving it soft and nourished.
Micellar Waters
Light, water-like cleansers with micelles that lift away impurities and makeup without rinsing. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, for quick and refreshing cleansing.

Shower Gels
Shower Gels & Body Wash
Shower gels are higher-viscosity, surfactant-based liquids formulated for daily body cleansing. Designed for use in the shower, they create a rich lather and are often infused with fragrances, moisturizers, exfoliants, or energizing botanicals. Ideal for refreshing and nourishing the skin, they combine effective cleansing with a luxurious sensory experience.

Manufacturing & In-Process Control
In-Process Control
At every stage of production is carefully monitored to ensure consistency, safety, and quality.
Dispensing: All raw materials are precisely weighed according to master formulation records.
Phase Preparation: Water and oil/surfactant phases are heated separately to controlled temperatures.
Emulsification & Mixing: Phases are combined under strict mixing protocols. For clear gels, specific dissolving and mixing sequences are followed to maintain clarity.
Homogenization: Batches are homogenized to achieve a uniform, stable emulsion with smooth texture.
Cooling & Addition: Heat-sensitive actives, fragrances, and preservatives are added during cooling, with pH carefully adjusted and verified.
Documentation: All parameters—temperature, mixing speed (rpm), pH, and viscosity—are logged in Equipment Logs and the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) for full traceability.
