Customer Rights & Warranty Policy
1. Scope
Lyonsbarry.com does not complete consumer transactions; it is a quotation portal for B2B clients. Accordingly, consumer‑specific warranty rights, return policies and statutory cooling‑off periods do not apply to this Portal. However, once a client enters into a manufacturing agreement with Ballia Corpus, the contract will specify the terms and conditions applicable to finished products, including warranties, remedies and dispute resolution. This section explains our general approach to warranty and customer rights in the context of B2B relationships.
2. Pre‑Contractual Information
Quotation Only: Any information provided via the Portal—such as pricing, lead times, packaging options or formulation suggestions—is for quotation purposes and is subject to change. It does not constitute an offer or acceptance. Binding terms will be documented in a signed agreement.
Due Diligence: Before finalising an agreement, clients should evaluate product samples, review technical specifications and confirm compliance with their local regulations.
3. Warranty After Contract Execution
Once a manufacturing agreement is in place, we typically warrant that products will:
Conform to the specifications set out in the contract.
Be produced in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal storage and usage conditions during the specified shelf life.
Specific warranty terms, limitations and remedies will be detailed in the written contract. These may include replacement of defective goods, repair, refund or credit. The warranty does not cover damage or non‑conformity resulting from misuse, improper handling, storage or transportation by the client or third parties.
Cooling‑Off and Amendments
Quotations may be cancelled or modified prior to contract execution. Once a manufacturing agreement is executed, changes must be negotiated through written amendments.
4. Limitation of Liability
Except as stated in the contract or required by law, Ballia Corpus disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. Liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services provided, unless otherwise mandated by law. Ballia Corpus is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business opportunities.
