Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your product. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your product to start the return process.
- Ship the Product: Once your return is approved, ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
Refund and Exchange
- Inspection: After receiving your returned product, we will inspect it and review any offers or discounts applied to your original purchase.
- Refund: If the product meets our return criteria, we will refund the cost of the product only. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchange: If you prefer, you can exchange your product for another item of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
Genuine Claims
For genuine claims, such as defective or incorrect items:
- No Return Shipping Required: You won’t need to send the product back to us.
- Direct Refund: We will issue a direct refund for the product cost.
- Cash Coupons: Alternatively, we can offer a refund in the form of cash coupons for future purchases.
False Claims
For claims found to be false or fraudulent:
- No Refund or Cash Coupons: We reserve the right to deny refunds or issuance of cash coupons.
Order Cancellation, Product Return, and Refund Policy
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund, exchange, or order cancellation. For cancellations within the 2-day window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- Product Return: To be eligible for a return, email us at care@lyonsbarry.com within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Product Check: Send your purchased products back to our registered office. For clients outside India, shipping charges, customs duties, and fees will be paid by the client. Refunds will be initiated after a proper quality check and assessment of the product’s condition. Refunds may be rejected if the product is opened, damaged, mishandled, or used.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes from India to the client’s delivery location will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at us@lyonsbarry.in and send your item to the office address listed above.
